How many classes do students attend per week?
Our recommendation is for students to attend at least two sessions per week in order to progress and achieve the maximum success in our program. Two important parts of martial arts are discipline and physical fitness. In order to instill that discipline and physical fitness, students need to workout regularly and build correct habits; and discipline is a habit.
What time are classes?
Class times vary based on age and belt level. You can find our current class schedule here.
At what age can my child start?
We generally recommend five years old as the best age to start Taekwondo. However, we do have some students as young as four years old who do well. We have classes designed specifically for children 4-6 years old called "Tiny Warriors."
When can I visit your location?
We are open from 4:00-8:30pm on weekdays and 9:30am-1:00pm on Saturdays. Feel free to stop in and talk to our staff!
